Hi Guys, I had my cambelt changed along with an oil change by Rentec Edinburgh in September and it looks like they have forgotten to reset the service light interval. My car is a 265 megane sport, Is there anyway I can do this myself? Many thanks ,
on Mk2: insert card, press start button (do not press any pedals) scroll to the service interval mileage on the screen between speedo and rev counter, hold same button end of wiper stalk untill service interval flashes when number stop flashing then release stalk button Job done. on Mk 3 RESET SERVICE REQUIRED LIGHT ON 2008-2016 RENAULT MEGANE 3: To turning off the Oil Life Light on 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 Renault Megane 3, conform to the following instructions: Turn the ignition key to position “ON” Press the button on the end of the wiper stalk repeatedly until the warning spanner symbol and miles to service or Service Required appears on the display Push & hold the button until change to the new service interval and start flashing. Keep holding the button until the display stops flashing. Finally, release the button, turn ignition to off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
