250 Removing headlights...

  1. Is it a case of removing the 2 bolts on the top and pulling the units out or a bumper off job like a 197??

    Yup, 2 bolts and the metal thing, Slides right out
     
  3. Yep, takes about 30 seconds, I've always found fitting new ones in a bitch unless there is a simple way it's the angle of the clips at the bottom.

    I either line bottom up then the corner is outside the bumper, or I have the top lines up and the bottom clip sits to high... Eventually I rage, apply pressure and it fits :smiley:
     
  4. Cheers... I had a quick look when I had the bumper off fitting the cooler the other week and guessed it was doable with bumper on but didn't want to force something and brake something.

  5. If you pull the bar up, theres a hexogen hole in it to unbolt the two bolts, and then it slides forward on guilds.
