Hey guys. I'm searching low and high for a reconditioned PK4018 gearbox for my RS250, and found one on Ebay, from a seller called "renspecs" out of Accrington, Lancashire - also known as Vehiclewise, Specialist Diesel LTD, and more... Anyone of you have any experience with these guys? They regularly list reconditioned boxes for £650, which seems cheap? If any of you had any dealings with them in the past, I'd love to hear, so I can steer clear or feel a bit more safe about having a box shipped all the way over here (Denmark). Thanks!
If it is too cheap I would stay away, for info I did have my box PK4-013 reconditioned not so long ago and the price included the following All synchros, All bearings, All seals, Fully cleaned and repainted outer casing. all of this for £600 with 20% discount Hope this help
am running with my newly fitted renspec (Renault specialist) box and v happy with it, pay deposit, reclaim when your old box arrives with them
