Discussion in 'Electrical & Interior - Security, ICE, Wiring Loom' started by Rensport225, Mar 18, 2021.

  1. As title really, bought a set of 275 red seat belts and have fitted drivers and rear outers to my RS250 with leather rear bench and leather Recaro fronts, but can’t see how to do centre it’s integrated in the seat and I’m stuck tbh

    Anyone got any info ?

    Thanks

  2. Hi! You need to remove the back out the car and then get out the leather cover. Don´t remember now if it have a zipper or not. If not, you´ll need to fix one to refit the cover. Is an easy job, but it take you a time.

  5. Was a real pain in the butt ! Had to remove the seat, separate the single seat unit off, then put a 5cn zip off an old coat I had on the zip and undo all the way around.

Remove the seat mount from the outside seat, remove the arm rest.

Remove the trim from seat belt guide and then separate the front foam from the seat as you can’t access seat belt from the rear as it’s a solid plate.

Finally remove belt unit then put new one in and reassemble in reverse.

Took hour or so once I realised you can’t do it in the car lol

Still happy with the result
