I don't understand! I was so sure that I once read and saw a post about cracks in the roof spoiler. I even seem to remember that after reading that post I checked if my car also had those cracks, which it does. Now I'm trying to find that post and I can't find it!? Bottomline is; does someone recognize these cracks in the roof spoiler, like on the picture?
I've never read or seen anything about this tbh. If the car is still under warranty, get it back to Renault.
Maybe I've read it on another forum or somewhere else on the internet! I'll do another search. If someone knows/recognizes what I mean and reads about it, please don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks!
I remember there being an issue with this on some cars, There was a thread on it but i don't think it was on this forum.
Glad to hear there is someone who remembers this issue. Now the question is where to find it. I've searched the internet with a combination of words like cracks, rear, roof, spoiler, rips, megane, rs, forum, Renault, tear, hairline fracture, and it brings me nowhere. English is not my native language (obviously ;-)!) I might using the wrong terms. I have extended the warranty but since I took over this car from someone who owned it for only three months, Renault says he must have taken off the spoiler and at mounting it back he used to much force fixing the screws and that's the reason for the cracks and bye bye warranty! So finding that site is quite important, that it is not only me with this issue. If someone can point me in the right direction of finding that site/forum, I would be grateful.
