   Bit of a fault on these after a few years, as well as the numberplate lights getting water in it also rusts the plugs on the loom
   
   i have bought 2 new lights and the loom , but has anybody fitted the loom before? cheers

   Does anybody know how the lower tailgate plastic comes off, on the exterior, looks like theres 3 screws on the inside

   Luke.

   There is more then 3 screws mate, you need to take the lock off aswell.. But once you have the ring of bolts out and the loom unplugged it basically just falls off. Two Clips either side.. Don't force it or you'll end up marking it like I did..

   I just chopped the plugs off my loom and wired up new ones of a breaking car bit o solder and heat shrink did it this weekend
