Hi all new to the forum, purchased a 225 cup 3 weeks ago, overall happy with it but im having issues with my rear lights..........when indicating they sometimes repeat to quick and apparently on the rear my brake lights are flashing on and of when indicating. just generally everythings getting mixed up on the rear if im doing more than one thing i.e. indicating while braking. Ive cleaned up both the connection points but couldnt see a main earth? guessing its shorting somewhere or a bad earth just seeing if its a common fault? cheers Karl
I have this same fault, after cleaning contacts on bulbs and in the housing the one side functioned as it should but my driver side goes mad as you described! I cleaned the earth points behind the rear lights (inside boot behind lineing) by cleaning all mating faces and no avail! Ever find a fix at all?
