During Cadwell Park yesterday we started to notice a knocking noise on the rear even when we had come off track and were just making our way through the pit lane/ car park I'm runing Nitron suspension any was wondering if anyone had any sugestions where to start checking everything seems tight and even up on the lift lastnight when it was going back in my garage I couldnt see/feel anything when giving stuff a wiggle (but it was late and I just wanted to get in the house and showered after a long drive home lol). I'm thinking of a refresh on the suspension (bushes ect) but im also not sure what weight the springs are is there a way to tell from the spring themselves and does anyone know if I can just call up Nitron and buy diferent weight springs? Wow Caldwell was busy for Megane's. If you can get the car on a 4 poster ramp and grab a hold of the suspension arms, drop links and see if there are any play that might be a start
It certainly did have a fair few Meganes there, 2 with us on track (my 250 and a mates R26) and a nice Glacier White R26 and a few who I didnt get chance to talk too. I'm quite lucky tbf me and my dad just finished the garage off so we dont have to roll around on the driveway I just need to get a free day to go and investigate. Was too late lastnight after the drive back from one side of the country to the other lol glad im only 20 mins from Oulton ( I feel for the guys up scotland wanting to come to do trackdays lol) And the suspension is the 2nd post for me tonight with issues from Cadwell lol was rough on the old girl
