Rear disc help

Discussion in 'Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres section' started by Just-that-ek, Apr 25, 2015.

  1. As title says..does anyone know anyway of getting the rear discs off, I've tired a hub puller which bent, another hub puller which only slightly moved the discs...struggling for ideas other then getting a 10ton hydraulic hub puller.

  2. Hammer.

  3. Did think about that but won't it ruin the bearing ect?

The bearings are built into the discs, so if you're replacing the discs then it won't matter if the existing ones get damaged.

  5. I'll give it a bash again tomorrow then.

  6. Good old twat from the back with a hammer, should shift with a good whack
