Rear clusters

  1. Anyone tried removing the rear lights to resell them how easy do they come out and anyone know if they can be split to re seal them one of mine gets condensation constantly it does my head in

  2. They are a piece of cake to remove mate. Just the 2 trangular lugs to unscre and unclip the wiring and your away. Iv not tried it on these but had a mr2 a couple of years back that I had some yellowing issues with, best way to split it was to put it in the oven for about 10-15 mins to make the gasket plyable then just split it apart, polishe the lens and repeated process to reseal. Truth is tho if you have condensation now doing this is probably only going to make it worse. I'd just drill a tiny pilot hole. Put it in oven to dry it out and hope she works! Just my 2p worth...

  3. I was considering the hole option but I thought reseal with silicone would be a better long term solution where's the other screw the top One is obvious but couldn't see a second

  4. Under a big plastic disc

  5. Ahh i saw that didnt think of taking it out doh

  6. U should also upgrade the ligths with led ones. Some silicone will do

  7. I'v replaced all my rear lights with LED bulbs and its so much brighter and clearer, the only problem i had was indicator flash is to fast so needing to fit a resistor to it but I'm not sure which two wires is to the indicator, can anyone help me?

  8. Bump,Bump,anyone Please
