One of them days today went to change my rear brakes and my wheels where proper stuck on, no amount of kicking or bashing would budge them, took it to the local back street tyre place to get them removed and refitted, it was a right effort for him no way I could of done it at home. I had my wheels refurbed the other month and too much powder coat was put on the back of the wheel hence why they got stuck, he's sorted it for me now and they go on and come off easily. Back home wheel off, Caliper loosened, old brakes out, go to rewind the caliper for the new pads and I've bought the wrong rewind tool, I got a square multi one with loads of different fittings that attaches to a ratchet but none fit it's too small, old brakes back on and wheel nicely fitted again. Could someone point me in the right direction for the correct fitting wind back tool please?
Be careful. I bought one of ebay that I thought was right and it was wrong..had to end up using a local chaps proper set. £100 set jobbie.
