Radio signal, what's yours like?

    Mines very poor, local radio dies off and on so I never get to use it :/. Radio 1 is okish, it pops up with 'no AF' on my sony headunit.

    what's yours like?

    Up here in N/E Scotland NO dab stations, no am, only a few Fm stations.

    Utterly shit, especially if you've changed to a shorter aerial.

    I'm using the std aerial but it would appear nothing is broken in mine then, ill have to stick to my usb!
    This is the 4th French car I've had where the FM radio isn't great...lol.

    Yer my r26 was pants the missus corsa vxr is crisp as anything because its amped, ours are not

    The aerial on my wife's MK 2 Dynamique was amped, find it strange that the higher spec'd R26 aerial isn't????

    I wonder if it would be worth trying to add an amp aerial. I'm not that keen on trying to drag the entire head lining out.
