Whats the signal like on everyones radio reception (Mk3)? Previous owner looks to have fitted a white beesting aftermarket aerial and the signal is shocking, constantly drops out and is crackly where as my vxr always has signal. So I'm assuming it's the aerial. If everyones is decent with the standard aerial, does anyone know where I can find a better aftermarket one / renault official one? Pref to have a radio over the small aesthetics improvement of a beesting.. Cheers
I had a short arieal fitted to mine, and got an oem one fitted, it is quite a bit better, but I never listen to the radio. I hate got abuse stick plugged into mine
I did this to a mk2 and the radio all but died pretty much everywhere. They only screw on and off in a couple of seconds, and a local breaker should be able to get you one for a few quid off any recent Renault really.
