I've just taken delivery of an arkamys head unit, along with an RS monitor. Any idea where I could get a radio code from please? What numbers from the head unit do I need?
It's asking for a 4 digit code. So there must be. This isn't for the original radio btw. I have the code for that one, in my log book. This is for a replacement arkamys unit, from another 250.
OK. I think I may have solved this. For reference: On top of the unit is a long number, the last 4 start with a letter and end with 3 numbers. Go here to find that pre code: https://github.com/Joyez/renault-radio-code-list The 4 digit number next to it should be your radio code. I'm still waiting for my error code count down to get to 0 (I've had a few attempts now) before I can try it. But, I checked the original unit against the code in my manual it was the same. Fingers crossed....
