I hate to do this - but its a duty to other RS members to let you know of my experience with Racingflex - through their FB. I ordered and paid (paypal professionally generated payment request receieved) on the 27th of August. The vendor didn't know what size of one of the engine mounts I had in my car which caused a delay which I wasn't really that happy about, but hey ho (personally expect a vendor to know what I need when I give the exact year and make of car). I received a message on the 30th September to let me know my parcel had been sent..... Nothing arrived, so last Wednesday (14/10/15) I kindly messaged again for tracking information...I was told he was on holiday and to message him in a week if it hadn't arrived.....anyway - it arrived today, with the date stamp on 15/10/15 on it - I shouldn't of been told it had been sent on the 30th of Sept, or lied to in this enquiry also The stuff is packaged well and looks decent enough - but I was taken for a ride and feel I have to let the community know about it so others are aware. I'm all for people starting businesses and I did take a risk with trying a new vendor and tried to give him every benefit of the doubt but I was systematically lied and misled on a couple of occasions, when I was clearly told on the 27th of August when I paid I would have my goods within 5-7 days. Over and out.
Same for me, I was told it was posted 2 weeks before I got it, date stamp was 2 days before, I had to threaten them I was going to shame them on FB, arrived 2 days later, lovely quality, shit service
And the parts don't even fit. Had to have the gearbox inserts drilled out. I'm asking for my money back. Fucked off is an understatement now.......
