Standard spoiler can be bonded straight on I understand?

Ok. The bolts go into the spoiler or the spoiler has studs coming out of it needing nuts?

If it's just bolts and sits flush, I'd try my luck at tiger seal.

Previously got a whaletail to bond on a Saab successfully with that stuff so I'm thinking the little Meg one should be fine.
