R26 has an intermittent problem. Cuts out every now and again and takes ages to fire up again. Also, when I've taken it out then leave it for an hour or so again, it takes ages to fire up. Any idea? its been back to renault and they cant find a fault. Had new coil pack, new injectors, and has done 73K
Do you mean TDC sensor? Not sure they checked much! I've found more info looking at this forum. Did read it could be the TDC sensor (crankshaft some call it), what air temp sensor though?
I would get fuel pressure checked when the fault is happening, and also live data to read engine speed whilst it's happening. If they can reproduce the fault, they should be able to trace it? If not,I would change tdc (crank) sensor and connector , and retest.
