R26 not turning over !! Won't start. Help please.

    Hi all,
    Got in the R26 today. Put key in, pressed the start button and all I hear is a loud clicking noise, and my dash message went crazy with weird symbols and my dials flickered around all over the place.

    I have a picture but can't seem to upload it on my mobile....will do it when home.

    Any ideas anyone? Battery, spark plugs (changed a year ago), starter motor????

    Any help much appreciated.

    Check the earth of the battery that was my problem

    Jump started it. It seems ok now. Will see what happens when I try to start it tomorrow.

    Just had the same thing happen to me.

    New battery?
