Sorry if this is in the wrong place.... My box has recently started making a horrible noise, sounds like a dry lifter in the engine (if you could imagine that) I'm settling on just replacing the box but im after a quick guide? I'm a fully qualified Ag tech so I'm competent enough, just wondering what I have to battle though haha. T.I.A
To be honest, you might as well drop the engine out and do it in comfort on the floor, once you have done an engine removal once, you can do it in about 3hrs.
That isn't an option as I don't have the time or space to pull engine out, needs to be done adap as I'm going to the ring again on the 5th may. Can't wait for engine crane etc. Is there much to worry about coming out the bottom??
