Evening, I've been looking at relocating my battery from the engine bay into the boot or behind the passenger and thought it would an opportunity to get a lightweight one. Has anyone experimented with the minimum amount of cold cranking amps and the running current for the R26? The battery that's in it now is rated at 610 CCA and 63Ah. When I tuned my Evo 9 we replaced the battery with one from a micra to make way for the massive intake. It started the car ok but I couldn't leave it for more than a week without being on charge or being started otherwise the battery would be dead.
