Recently joined you guys and got myself a Megane R26 230 F1 (bit of a mouthful that) But means it came with everything I wanted; Xenons / Recaro's / Brembo's / Sorted suspension and the main bonus having the LSD. Did some homework before buying, wanted a safely tuned one with service history and common problems adressed, Found one that fitted the bill perfectly - 61k miles, Cambelt / pump change last year along with window regs / hub's, Never failed an MOT, Full history with all the mod's I would of done if standard; Forge dumpvalve Milltek Cat back Exhaust Milltek Decat Panel filter Forge front mount intercooler Recaro trendline seats Ds2500 pads R26r spoiler Team heko wind deflectors Remapped by zi motorsport The pictures off the ad - Shame he sold the plate seperate Only took a few quick mobile pictures the day I picked it up.. Will get some proper pictures on the weekend. Plan on putting the side door stickers back on, Also has been de-badged, So renault sport badge will be going back on! Massively impressed with the car.. Alot nicer than I've driven in the past haha! I read a couple of bad reviews about the place it got remapped (zi motorsport) on facebook that got me abit concerned, But the car runs 100% and drives perfect with good MPGs, Print out is 254bhp / 300 ftlb @ 3200rpm - So down on BHP comparing to RS tuner's mapped cars with same spec, But maybe they de-tuned it for a safer tune? Curve's etc look good though so i'll most likely leave it.
Hi and welcome Brett That looks quite smart in white, what are your plans tracking, showing ???? What part of the country are you in ????
Thanks! White wasn't my first choice of colour - but it's growing on me. It's my daily drive (<6k miles a yr), but will hopefully get to a few tracks to see what it can do! Lancashire area (B-road heaven )
Welcome mate. R26 looks great in white, would definitely have considered one had I not bought a black one. I noticed you put Trendlines in your mod list, they were actually standard in all R26's. Are you in north or south Lancashire? Up here in Cumbria where I am, the B in B-road usually stands for bumpy and broken lol
Welcome. Car looks great. I was tempted by a white one (with red wheels!), but it was too far away at the time especially as I didn't really know at the time what to look for. Nice mods.
