PSS track Pressures? HELP!

  1. Hello, I am going to a track day this weekend and I am very confused about what pressures I need to have in my PSS's (225/40/18 92y). I had them at 2bar and they were folding. So can someone please tell me a good starting point for Track driving on PSS. I dont have other tires at this moment.
    THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

  2. I run 30PSI hot on track, works out to about 26PSI cold.

  3. 30 psi works fine with my PSS as well, although i only use them on track when its wet.

  4. I was gonna mount some slicks, but there will be only 30 mins of driving and I am afraid I wont get use to the slicks so fast. I will try 30psi front and rear. Will start 26psi cold.

  5. Are they stiff enought for such little pressure?

  6. Had mine at 30 at Anglesey 3 weeks ago, keep an eye on them as they will go up quick mate , mine did but they still gripped well

  7. Ok, thanks, Hopefully everything goes well and most important hopefully is a lot of fun.

  8. I would be tempted to run a bit more than 30psi hot , I run mine at 34psi hot for front and 32psi hot rear

they have soft sidewalks so be carefull of them folding over and ruining the edges with low pressure

  9. This is what I did when I ran the PSS on track - and they wore nice and evenly

  10. Mine were fine at 30/32, still fine at 44 after a good hiding round Caldwell
