Problems with R.S. Monitor 2.0 -> GPS Stopwatch

Anyone here that gets it to work fully? I have defined the tracks and lifted them over to my car via USB. However when my car is approaching the track the car doesn't get this (I should start seeing the car's position in the map with the track). And it doesn't start the timing when I cross the start line. Overall it seems like some kind of mismatch between the GPS coordinates of the track and the car's position.

Anyone here that has any ideas? Anyone that knows of any central R-Link (or even better R.S. Monitor 2.0) support that actually knows something about this? Given the tiny niche that this is for Renault, I reckon there is no point in visiting my local dealer.
