I think that could just be a corsa assuming it's natural position on the road, Although quite a few I've seen have actually been completely flipped onto their roof. As for the cause of the incident, are we sure the dog wasn't driving as he was the one that legged it and it's always the driver on the telly. Seriously just glad no one was hurt but this sort of thing is happening more and more with more cars parked on the road than the road can handle and still let traffic through
