   Just changed my brake bulb and on the passenger side cluster the top bulb has nothing plugged into it, I know the other side is the rear fog. Do they just put a bulb there to keep it symmetrical or is it meant to have something plugged into it?
   
   There is a wire that is attached to the car but not connects to anything, not sure what that is for
