My clutch failed tonight on a track evening, when full depressed it didn't come back up - only lasted 3 or 4 minutes then returned to normal - this happened to many before? pretty sure Dru did it on the ring? Cars on 1st clutch on 78k, question is now, is it worth paying the extra to get the SMF to save 5kg, or go for the cheaper normal set up? How can I stop this happening again?
Mine has done this a couple of times on a spirited drive. I've brought it back up with my foot. I'm going to the Ring on the 11th Sept., so hopefully be ok over there. Not sure why it happened tbh. Think my cars original clutch, 87k.
