Hello everyone, I'm planning on giving my 250 an oil change this weekend, Now this might be a daft question but as I've never done an oil change before, Is it easy to do? and is there a guide somewhere?. Thanks in advance
I presume it's similar set up to the mk2 so you would need to remove the under tray and you will find a square sump plug, open the top oil filler and remove the plug and away you go change the sump plug washer and oil filter too
If your unsure why not take it to an independent garage and get them to change it for you? Will cost max £30 (that's if they charge as much as £60 an hour) if your supplying your own parts and it saves you having to dump the old oil.
My renault did mine for 30mins labour and £7 i think for the filter, call around nick - trowbridge are a good bunch, call them and barter?
