So I had a service carried out at diamond motors on tuesday (highly recommended btw!) and it turns out I don't have the oil level shown on the dash. Been trying to find where to buy a new sensor but no luck! Also I need a front level sensor for the xenon adjustment as they keep pointing about 6 foot in front of the car which is a nightmare at night! What rough costs could I expect for those sensors and where can I buy them? Thankyou!
Are you sure its the sensor for the xenons and not that theyve been incorrectly set at the headlight? Theres normally a white plastic allen screw in a hole somewhere top of the headlight that adjusts the level, if not that the arm on the level sensor have been know to break off. There was is a thread somewhere on here where someone found the parts to make a new arm off ebay. Maybe worth a look.
Yeah it's the faulty sensor. The level is fine some of the time, also it came up as the front level sensor fault on clip.
