so I'm sure this has been covered a millions times but is there anyway to purchase the Ohlins suspension from optional Cup S/Trophy R for a RS275? Can you order through a dealer using a Throphy R vin or something? Limited information in Australia. Cheers Robbie
Speak to Paul at Renault Parts direct, He can sort you out. Or get on eBay, theres a Polish seller that sells them for a reasonable price, Id still be spending the money on another setup though thats more capable, Depending on how much the full Ohlins setup is.
Cheers mate. I like the idea of the Ohlins, but it's still just too damn expensive. At £3000+ for front and rear, I don't think I can when it's twice the price of KW Clubsport Coilovers with top mounts.
Yeah - ohlins aren't really going to trump KW to that extent Spent around 3.5k on my Intrax 1K2 setup and I think it's probably better than KW as a total package but not so much it could really be justified
That does sound fancy. I was looking at those RSC ones also, also just so bloody expensive. Could they really be twice as good as a KW Clubsport's? At £1450 for the KW's I'm leaning that way I think. Hopefully the ride isn't a pig though off track.
If you can get clubsport for that then I wouldn't hesitate tbh, they have one of the most important parts that you can get on am aftermarket setup for the Megane adjustable topmounts.
