It's a 50 mph limit. If you'd have been doing 50 you might not have had to slam on and I'd not to have taken evasive action whilst making a perfectly safe overtake.
There's a fella round Oxford that drives an OG 250, right bell. Parked so close to me one time I had to climb through the passengers side! Not sure if it's the same guy though
I got a dirty look from him and his missus as they passed. I was well within my rights to complete the manoeuvre but when you've got a clear outside lane when indicating and starting the manoeuvre then a mirror full of Megane as I'm about to pull out I thought better of it. I was doing 50 in a 50 mph zone. I could see him in my mirrors and he was a good distance away when I started pulling out. I could tell he had to brake hard when I was crossing the line. I wasn't in my Megane at the time either.
Quite possibly. Can't remember to be sure. They took the slip road off for the A420. It was an 11 plate, I remember that.
