North West Scotland Road Trip

  1. Had 3 days up in the North West of Scotland, a combination of amazing scenery and roads. Meg was absolutely awesome and more than coped with the various types of roads we came across. Would definitely recommend a trip to anyone who hasn't been. :grinning:

  2. Going up there on Wednesday for 4 days too in the R, can't wait after seeing your photos.

  3. So many roads to recommend but check these out if possible,
    A87 from Invergarry to Nostie,
    A832 from Kinlochewe to Achnasheen.
You'll come across class roads were ever you go though and I'm sure the R will be perfect. Hope the weather is decent for you.

Looks like you had nice weather, 2 weeks til we head up, looking forward to it especially with the selection of cars going,

  5. Fortunately we only had one wet day which was when we did Skye.
Came across a few 911's and McLaren's but not one Renaultsport! I'll hopefully be going back next year, it's addictive up there. Hope the weather is good for your trip.

This was the A835 between Ullapool and Garve, lovely stretch of road.
