Does anyone know do you make the car sound sutututuuu when letting off the throttle? I understand the logic behind it and when I research about turbo flutter everyone seems to be explaining the same thing, which component plays the biggest part for the sound? (Not after blanking plate. Stock 250 turbo with recirc value which sounds like a sneeze) Thanks in advance.
