Hi all, had my rs 2 days now and absolutly love it I have mainly a vauxhall background having owned a 420bhp astra mk 5 and a vxr8 ls3. Had land rovers past couple of years and sold a very unreliable range rover sport for my megane. Will have to get some pictures up asap. I do have a query to start, it was advertised as a rs250, however when i came to insure it some websites described it as a 265 trophy while others said it was a standard 250 sport. Is there any way of checking as the log book just says renaultsport Thanks alot Tom
Hi and welcome Tom vxr8 would be the only Vauxhall i would consider, well it's not really a Vauxhall is it, there used to be 2 around here but not heard them for a while. What year is your RS as that could give it away, i am sure one of the more experienced Megane guys will tell you
Hi, yeah it was a fantastic car, typical aussie car though the indicator and wiper stalks were back to front for the first few months instead of flashing someone id put my wipers on. Its a 2011 on a 61 plate, got heated leather, climate so i know its not a cup but would love to know definitely what model she is
there is/was a yellow one around here always seen or heard giving it some I think a 61 plate could be either, but doubt it's a Trophy i think they were a bit later
Welcome bud, the RS265 didn't come with heated seats and the trophys stickers all over them is usually a giveaway. Get some pictures up.
Bit hard to see but have you got these stickers on the doors? In that case, it's a 265 Trophy (as opposed to a 275 Trophy) Seems like it should have this as well inside.
Thanks all for help Its a 250 ive found out, still love it . Not really done anything other than wind deflectors and some black badges. Getting 4 rainsport 3’s fitted saturday to replace the 4 different budgets it came with, hopefully will be a nice day so can wash her an get some pics up
