Hi folks. Picked up my new Mercury Silver R26 last week. Absolutely loving it. The way it handles and puts down the power is quite amazing! It's completely standard but there are one or two little things I want to do to it over time. My only gripe... all the seat belts, particularly the front two and really discoloured, and tips on restoring them? I'm guessing someones had a go at the back ones and not dried them as there is the odd mould spot on them.... Any advice much appreciated. Ta!
Hi tollster - welcome along. The trick seems to be to pull the full length of the belt out of the car and trap it in the door shut then use some mild detergent on them, rubbing it in, then jet wash or bucket rinse then off.
