Hi everyone, picked up a 58 Plate R26 from K-Tec a couple weeks ago (thanks again David for staying late!), not sure if was owned by anyone on here? Believe it was traded in for a Red 250 Cup, fg510ng maybe? I'm based in Bedford/MK coming from a 172 Cup and an S2000. I miss the purposefulness of S2000 and how raw the Clio was, but the R26 is great fun and definitely faster than the 172. I've had a few electrical issues with the R26 so far, but the mechanics of the car seem to be brilliant. For some reason it keeps deciding to blow the 20amp lighter/radio/AC fuse, and has gone through 2 in 2 weeks. The drivers window motor was replaced by a MD, but it still can't decide if it wants to actually pick up the signal when I press the button and seems to have a mind of it's own. It's nearly caught me out at a drive through and at a car park already! Look forward to learning more about the car though and getting involved in the forum though. Plans so far are to change the brake lines, fluid, air filter and get an exhaust on the back.
