Looking forward to taking ownership of it, got a few plans for it such as poly windows, carbon bonnet and ASTs. I'll also be putting some trendlines and back seats in instead of the buckets and cage so they'll be for sale imminently. The reason for the change from the Clios is to make more use on the car on the road with the family. The Clio is just too 'full on' to take the family out apart from a quick blast. These are the Clios getting broken, shame but they're worth more in parts. The Ph1 was the highest spec but the sills are completely rotten so I bought the Cup with a forged engine to make the best of both cars. However the Meg makes more sense with my children getting bigger. On the upside it means my username off CS can stay due to getting a Ph1 225!
Good buy! And nice pair of clios you have there, shame they have to be broke, I do miss my 172 cup, was a cracking car.
The cup shell might be kept along with the cage and then build it back up with a friend to make it a race/hill climb and dedicated track slag. We'll see about that. But for now all the good bits will be sold off.
