n75 valve

  1. So while fitting my new induction kit I managed to snap one of the small valve tube connectors on my n75 valve.

The n75 valve I've been told controls the boost.

The valve that has snapped is the one connects to the actual intake pipe. The other two are connected up

Could I drive the car until the new part arrives ?

  2. When mine failed it went into Limp mode. I'm told theres a danger the turbo an over spin.

  3. Yeah I've seen a few threads were the part.has failed , and not to drive it. But the n75 valve here is still working. It's connected up and I've been on a small drive and it seems ok.

And I right in thinking the bit that has snapped of exspells excess air through the intake pipe ?

  4. The actual solenoid failed on mine due to water ingress. Someone will know...
