Hmmm, why don't you get 250? They are not so expensive these days. I have seen project on Renault UK Forum, where Megane mk3 was transferred into 250, and owner spend substantial amount of money and time on it.
Mate, sorry if this sounds harsh as it's not meant to be, without spending a small fortune on bumpers and full body kit from an RS you are never going to make it look like a 250/265. All of the MK3 Coupe Meganes are great looking cars anyway and seem to have a great presence about them. If I were you I would maybe consider making it look like the GT line model, that could easily be achieved by simply replacing the front and rear bumpers and getting your wheels refurbed in black or anthracite.
Again, as said above, not to sound harsh but why not just get an actual RS? I cant understand why people put so much £££ into a car trying to make it something its not Usually its BMW drivers covering their standard diesels in 'M' badges. Although i did see a standard clio recently that had a cup spoiler fitted...face.palm You've asked for people opinions, id say save the cash rather than waste it. The car will never be an RS, ultimately if thats the car you want then would assume you would get one in the future? Money would therefore be better saved and put towards one?
