Had the pleasure of detailing another car for tvrman this time round his stunning Brooklands edition Morgan 3 wheeler. Absolutely love this thing, it's worth the asking price for the noise alone in my mind. The aim for this was to get all surfaces well protected and the paint into better shape whilst being realistic as the reading were all over the place. So the before's: Cover on and washed: Then into the garage to be clayed and paint measurements taken: So onto the general condition, this is basically new:
Clearly no lacquer Test spot completed: So all masked up and onto the correction, I always clean the pad after every pass with no clear they pads clog easily and loose cut: Rotary extensions used for some parts:
Quick video of the correction, just missing the benny hill music (thanks Corey)
Metal polished up with megs finisng polish: Then protected with ACF-50 this stuff is awesome, lots of bikers use it to keep everything corrosion free: Then wheels panel wiped and coated: Boywork with C1 then Exo: Seats protected: Small bits cleaned: All protected: Cover had smart fabric applied, these were the finished pictures first few inside as it was 9.30:
It was then taken to a meet Then I managed to clean it off today and get some final pictures outside: Thanks for reading.
Just as I thought I was getting close to your standard with my detailing you have to go and raise your game Epic stuff mate. That's gorgeous.
Looks bloody good does that, Ed! I'll have mine in Gulf colours though, please. Gulf Morgan 3-wheeler by feirny, on Flickr
