has anyone ever fitted a mk3 fuel on to the mk2. what would you do if the fpr on the rail itself?

  2. I don't think it will fit on the 225 inlet, but best check yourself. You can simply unplug the vacuum reference to the fpr on the rail and it will provide 3.5 bar on the rail.

  3. Also, the fuel connection is at the mid-point on the rail, and not cylinder 4 end like the 225. Think you will need to extend the fuel pipe to get it to fit.

@ianplymouth said the fuel pipe extends just enough to reach

with the mounting brackets one lines up ok but the other one doesn't, think they are brazed on the rail? so im guessing it could be made to fit

I was told to remove the small "O" ring from inside the PRF, if you pull the clip out then pull the valve out you will see the "O" ring, do not remove the slightly bigger one as it will not seal and the fuel will run out.

Don't forget to blank the air hose from the manifold.

You have to unclip the fuel pipe and then it will reach the centre feed point, it's not too much of a stretch, i think i tie rapped the fuel pipe to one of the cover posts

instead of using the fpr i got a blank made up. i still need to sort out the other mount bracket and cut down the lip in the bowel where the fpr sits
