R26 Mk2 Megane, using non-Canbus replacement bulbs

Hi folks,

As per the title, I've had to order some new HID bulbs as mine are reaching the end of their life and whilst the front end is apart, I figured it'd be a good opportunity to replace the other bulbs so that I can colour-match them.

Does anyone know if you can use non-Canbus LED bulbs in the sidelights?

I bought a set of the Canbus LED lights off a trader on one of the other RS forums, and apart from the colour not being a good match, half of them have flickering diodes, so they'll be going in the bin for a branded set or some halogen bulbs.
