   again depend on which grade of ss you use, Renault have specify some 42CrMo4 steel with a high surface treatment by induction + chrome for durability which i'd like to keep as i do not want to change them too often.
   
   Are the thread fine pitch to fit with the current bolt. ( i am not bothered about grease nipple)

   Mild steel won't last at all, There is a reason these are originally made from 42CrM04 Alloy Steel.
