i needed new inserts for a pair of hubs im refurbing so got a few made up, they come with a pair of grease bolts and also i got them made up with a few channels on top so the grease can get down to the needle bearings.

    £105 delivered the pair

on the MK2 (225,R26,DCI175) they use a needle cup bearing on the hub at the front and the bearing breaks down and can wear the insert which the bearing sits on. these replace the worn insert and can supply grease to the bearing making it last longer

  5. Thank you. now I understand

  8. Hello Matt! Alex here, from Romania. I'm new on the forum, just made this account so I can ask you if the inserts are still for sale. I would like to get hold of a pair of them. I like the grease-bolt and channels idea. I have a couple of friends in the UK that could pick them up and send them over to me, but I would be needing some sort of contact data so that they can get in touch with you. Thanks!

  9. hi mate, what specific material do you make the insert please?
