i needed new inserts for a pair of hubs im refurbing so got a few made up, they come with a pair of grease bolts and also i got them made up with a few channels on top so the grease can get down to the needle bearings. £105 delivered the pair Lower insert by matt eaton, on Flickr
on the MK2 (225,R26,DCI175) they use a needle cup bearing on the hub at the front and the bearing breaks down and can wear the insert which the bearing sits on. these replace the worn insert and can supply grease to the bearing making it last longer
