As per the picture below, the middle section silencer bracket is hanging completely in it's textile bands and the rubber section is quite streched... Is this a sign for wear in the rubber and thus the bracket should get replaced...right? And is it easy doable to replace this bracket on a standard RS225 middle section silencer, with the middle silencer still being in place? Or is it necessary to remove the middle section to replace this mounting bracket? Many thanks and kind regards Marcel
Its not split, so good to go, there is a fibre strap that stops it from dropping totally. There easy ish to replace, one bolt holds it to the car and two small bolts hold it to the exhaust.
Perfect, many thanks:-) Does anybody know, if there might be an uprated/stiffened uop version of these exhaust rubbers? As far as I've seen, they're available for more common cars like audi, bmw and the like only...
