Finally got around to the 'mid box chop' today. Really happy with results considering it cost £65 all in. Orederd from Zaustworx, impressed with the service. Sounds noticeably louder on tick over and has more character throughout the rev range, especially in sport mode. Added bonus of hardly any drone when cruising at 70/75. Haven't told my lass so will be interested to see if she notices next time she's in Meg! The garage I go to also had a 21 turbo in getting some bits done.
Best cheap mod you can do on the Mk3. I got the same pipe from them on EBay. It’ll pop and bang a bit more too! Nice 21, looks like it’s had a bad respray in the last picture. Or could just be the light.
It really does pop and bang a lot more at higher revs in sport mode, wasn't expecting that much to be honest. Definite dodgy respray on the 21, nice to see it still being used though. The wheels look tiny!
