    None for that budget.

  4. Good luck for that price unless you fancy a high mileage one! Maybe a really nice 225 would be better?

  5. Mileage of car is irrelevant if it has been properly maintained. Sooner have a higher mileage example from one mature owner than one with 6 owners that's been thrashed within an inch of its life. Car must be judged on its merit than the miles covered. 60k hard miles or 90k cherished miles???? Its a no brainer

You still won't get one for 90k fsh for that price mate.

  7. Really ? I sold my R26 just about 2 and a half years ago and I let it go for £5.5k. FSH one owner from new, helix clutch, stage 2 map, forge cooler and it was mint. People seem deluded about the value of these cars, the early ones are around 8 years old now, I reckon the OP should easily get one for his budget

  8. Prices are everywhere at the moment. There's a Yellow one on the trader at the moment for a few quid shy of 10k. It's got 60k on the clock too! Ridiculous for an 08 plate car!

  9. I've just had a look on Pistonheads, there's a few around the £6k. Overpriced IMO and I'm sure they could be haggled nearer to the OP budget

  10. So I wonder how much a 57 plate Ly with 31000 on the clock is worth? ;-)

  11. Finding a good one now is difficult. People will pay a bit more for the right spec/colour. When I looked three years ago it had to be Yellow. There were only 5-6 for sale at any one time. Went to see a couple and they were dogs. I was prepared to pay whatever it took for the colour I wanted within reason of course.

  12. £10k though is an absolute pi** take. Especially with the discounts that were around when new, I only paid just over £16k for mine brand new

  13. Should be well made up that prices are on the rise. The amount of parts that I have replaced (and I'm sure others have too) cars practically new anyway at 77k ! Plus an already rare car must be even more rare with the amount which have been stolen / written off

  14. Agree, I've been looking at 250s for sale and the cheap ones are cheap because they need belts, major services, brakes and who knows what else doing to em

  15. Yeah I saw that and laughed! There was a white one with 22k on for less!
