Apologies for making another thread but it kind of didn't fit into the CUP / FF discussion. Just when I thought my mind was settled and made up, the little monkey over my shoulder began whispering talk of other colours I may enjoy. I have sadly mocked up a little comparison of my colour choices - I'm sorry I really can't go to yellow I'm afraid - and was looking for opinions from the Megane faithful on these options. Blue all day long, White in particular is so common and a bit boring tbh, Black hides the body shape as well IMO One of the best colours for them is silver as well IMO and that is coming from someone who doesn't normally like silver.
**Biased opinion alert** - Silver! Pictures don't do the silver justice when it's clean. Especially with the 18's
Well I like the white as it makes the black on the front bumper and 'blade' stand out, as does the rear diffuser. The black it kind of all blends together as you say Jamie, but I seem to be hankering after the blue now, it's a bit more subtle than white, still allows the black to contrast nicely and is a traditional Renault colour. Shame there seems to be hardly any blue ones around!
they do look good in blue , my personal choice has always been grey , I had the option of a red car a few months ago but turned it down after driving past a grey car and thinking to myself I would be disappointed with red because I really wanted grey , I did view a black one and would have been tempted if it was a cup ,
I'm not sure what shade of blue that is, but Renault do a Malta blue that looks awesome. Don't think you can get the RS in it but you can the GT-Line Clio and Meganes.
**Biased opinion alert** - Black! Pictures don't do the black justice when it's clean. Especially with the 19's. Black is the fastest colour, they were given extra 20 HP, and even with Sport suspension they handle like a Cup. They look perfect with LEDs and xenons.
Mercury silver on the 250, understated and real definition too. If not that probably black. im just a sucker for LY hence why it had to be done for the 265 when it became an option
I would say yellow, just bought myself a 2014 and it's liquid yellow. I think the other colours are a little, what do you say, plain. They don't stand out, makes it look like any other car IMO... It's your choice... ;-)
