I have a pair of OEM front dics which came off my Trophy, i put them on as my old ones were getting noisy and irritating but then decided to sell it so took them off and put them back in the box they have done approx 150 miles while they were on the car, cost new was £250 i'm looking for £150 for the pair.
rs250 front disk Hi, I'm new to all this so Bare with me....just looking for some help...so I went round a corner to fast in my rs250 and proper hit the curb, now the garage tells me my wheel is so buckled is beyond repair and that is what the rubbing noise is however I noticed on the disc the edge of it is really rough as if it is scraping on something..so firstly looking for advice and to see if you still have them discs for sale? Mine is a 2010 rs250.
You've clouted the front wheel with sufficient energy to destroy the wheel and you want to replace brake disc !! suggest you have all suspension checked and measured inc lower arm, upright shock, hub, top mount and chassis for possible damage long before thinking about the disc
Hi ajr, welcome along. Seems you've had a bit of bad luck there mate. A few of the guys might have been a bit sharp with you there but they are right - you really need to get this checked out properly if you haven't already. Good luck buddy.
