Yep, Thats me. Caliper was bought via eBay and paid that day, On the 15th of May. I waited til the 22nd for the Caliper to appear which never did. Message sent enquiring about tracking details for it, Still no reply or anything. eBay dispute was started and heard nothing back until the 31st. eBay refunded me on the 2nd of June as there was still no item. This was bought from a seller who only had 2 feedback, Of course i would be suspicious almost straight away hence the eBay dispute was started. Apparently its been delivered but i was at home all day, On the drive working on the Megane. No courier appeared all day and i know all the local drivers so if they did have something it would of been left at a neighbour or round the back. Nothing, Nada, Zilch. OP is now filing a small claims court against me, LOL. If the item had shown up i would of either repaid or returned it as i am not out to rip off anyone. PS, I then bought a pair of Callipers after i got refunded from another forum, Paid on the 3rd and delivered on the 4th. If the OP really is aggrieved that much then i will happily send him one of mine that will come off the car....

Have you contacted the delivery people? Ask for the proof of delivery, as on the pics you posted it says no delivery reference. Even though st the top it says signature required?
I'll say it again as i have already done. Nothing was delivered on that day when it apparently was. I was at home all day and not a single courier came that day. Thats what happens when you use shite couriers like MyHermes though. Terrible company.
I've emailed them, they're going to send a proof of signature. Once i have that I will file a small claims court action. Parts remaining are: Suspension (bearings, swivel hubs, Struts) - Both sides Rear Beam and all shocks and springs Body Mouldings Wings Rear Impact Bar Rear Tailgate and Spoiler Passenger Side Rear Quarter Engine Turbo Gearbox Rear Calipers Rear Discs and Wheel Bearings Rear Plastic Boot well
Saddening to think that I a member on here would scam another, when they've received a brembo calliper at the bargain price of £90. And are not willing to pay, as a result my paypal account has been suspended and they even had they cheek to give negative feedback!
It's odd that PayPal have paid Jamie back if you have proof of delivery, have you called the helpline number? I find actually speaking to someone much better, you don't just get automated responses! I was thinking that a delivery driver nicked it or something (which they may still have done and forged a signiture)
