Megane 250/265- anyone recognise these cars?

Does anyone know of either of these cars and any related history?
265 in black reg LT12FEO, previously J12LML. Priced too cheap IMO at a car supermarket. Sticker for RSUK club on the car.
250 in black reg LM60NRO, previously R7RDR

 

This is the 265. Seems too cheap and as it's froma Supermarket that has really bad reviews I have serious doubts but keep coming back to it.

Where about is he based? All servicing carried out in Midlands area so that's my guess.
